"I would really recommend tourists to go here because it is one of the most authentic restaurants that I know in town. I think this place might be among the top ten restaurants in the city. For sure you will not find a place like it in the rest of the world. Bravo!"

"Excellent food and ambience. A must visit. Excellent restaurant, food, staffs and ambience. It’s a paradise for vegetarian food lovers. You have to visit this place when you are in Ho Chi Minh City. A bit expensive, but then it’s a special restaurant. Totally recommended."
"Even carnivores can enjoy the food here!”: We’d previously arranged prior reservations at two of our preferred dining options but our guide suggested her as a third alternative and we weren’t disappointed. Ok, the restaurant sells itself on being vegetarian but, believe me (a committed carnivore) the food here is very good, really tasty and a refreshing alternative after a couple of weeks touring SE Asia. The ambiance within the restaurant is really chilled. Contemporary styling and relaxed service. My wife and I shared firstly Square deep fried spring rolls with noodles followed by Pineapple fried rice, Vegetables in Quattro-spice sauce and Mushrooms in trio-spice sauce, steamed in a lotus leaf. All were really tasty and we loved the modern ambiance within the restaurant. I would recommend for a change from a more ‘regular’ Asian meal even if you’re not a strict vegetarian."
"The food is very delicious, the ambiance and atmosphere of the place is very nice. The price is on the high side but the quality is exceptional. So who could really begrudge a visit to this wonderful place. The type of place that makes vietnam special."

"My first impression is that the staffs are very friendly and welcoming. The space is on the small side but there’s depth within it. All the details are impressive. My friends and I had really good time here – going from one surprise to another, one dish to the next!”

"Best traditional Vietnamese dishes I’ve been wondering a number of restaurants for traditional food and found this place. We were taken good care of by the staff and enjoyed the dinner a lot. Thanks for your thoughtful recommendation. Flavorsome food, exquisite cocktails, cozy place. Had a perfect time here!"
"Finger Licking Good. The food was all well cooked and served. Very impressed by the luscious spring rolls and dulcet sweet soup desserts. The staff were really friendly and courteous with great patience and lovely recommendations. Thanks again guys."
"Very pleased experience. Such a pity we didn’t find this lovely hub sooner. We had a wonderful lunch with savory food, good service and relaxing atmosphere. 100% gladly recommend to you guys."
"Superb quality, creative and healthy. Definitely a place to visit, worth a drive outside the center. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and has many seating options, inside and outside. Plants, lanterns wind chimes and soft lighting makes it an ideal place for dinner, in a large company or simply a romantic one. Spice Bistro is connected to the Hum restaurant and we were offered both menus. Hum is a vegetarian restaurant, whereas Spice Bistro offers sophisticated street-food, a mixture of Thai and Vietnamese cuisines. It took us quite a while to choose from the extensive list, but as we were 3, we managed to create a menu that samples various dishes. A papaya salad with anchovies, braised figs in green curry sauce (delicious and without coconut milk), stir fried spinach, lotus leaves filled with whole grain rice and lotus seeds, spicy seafood soup (a great version of a tom yum kung) and excellent fresh fruit sodas. The service was very attentive, even staff that had difficulties with English tried their best. We will for sure be back to try many other delicious and interesting dishes, that can hardly be found elsewhere. In addition, prices are very fair and you can be sure to get top quality for what you pay."
"A Vietnamese food treasure island in Thảo Điền. Savoury Vietnamese cuisine in a quiet old house decor. Efficient and disciplined service. The meals are well presented. Food is brilliantly cooked. Very pleasant lunch. Recommended."

"Delicate and of high quality. As I receive a box of mooncakes, I feel cared for in a way, and they make me reminisce of my childhood. Much thanks for giving me these, and first of all for creating these."
– Bao Ha Pham
"Fantastic service, very patient and extremely helpful in advising on gift selection."
– Kishin Wadhwani
"The Bloom’s mooncakes are really delicate and special: the crust is thin, the filling is soft, and very well placed so it’s pleasing both visually and taste wise, which is wellbalanced in terms of sweetness. I don’t eat much mooncakes, but I do eat The Bloom’s mooncakes and love them!"
– Bui Thi Suong
"The Bloom’s Mid Autumn gift sets are adorable, they are precious really. As I lay them out on my table I suddenly think I wouldn’t eat them because they are so precious."
– Thanh Thuy
"For the past few years, I’ve been buying The Bloom’s mooncakes as gifts for my company’s partners. They are very impressed with the taste – it’s not too sweet – and the packaging is beautiful too. The Bloom’s rattan basket is simple, delicate, and environmentally friendly. Some still keep it at home as decoration or for flower arrangements."

"Hidden behind a seemingly lonesome facade is a lustrous space. To talk about how chill this place is, I can only say it’s like a soap bubble inside a densely busy environment. They focus on specialty coffee here. The scent of chocolate, its sweetness, the garnish of drinks, the barista’s work on them... all are like art. It’s best to come here in the morning when you can see the space for yourself. The walls have a darker tone so the artworks on them shine pleasantly. They don’t dissapoint everytime you visit. Treatthis space as a hiding place, fill your soul with the aroma of coffee, and watch the day go slowly..."

"Once you step into this place, your exhaustion will be left outside so that you can quietly rest. You sit around tenderness, really, with the scent of cinnamon and coffee. It’s worth to come here and experience that. The name suits it– a corner to chill. As it connects to Hum Vegetarian (under the same owner), the space opens up so it doesn’t feel tight at all. Rather you can wander around other connected spaces. Just come and feel for yourself."

"The inner space really matches with the name Chill Corner. The darker tone [of the decor] under the warm light creates a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere, and really inviting for chilling with drinks. Especially, the roof is transparent so natural light comes in favourably. The decor is substantial without being too packed. The garden at Chill Corner brings a sense of familiarity. All in all everything goes together, making guests feel like they’re in their home yard. Chill Corner is also loved for its ambience. A bar with professional barista. A place frequented by courteous guests to hang out over the love for coffee."
– Nguyen Thien Vuong
"Sitting in Chill, tasting a warm cup of coffee makes me reminisce of last Christmas, when I was still living and studying in Europe. A small cozy space thanks to the wooden palette, the scent of coffee, the window looking out into a quiet street... all are so close to me. Especially the staffs are so friendly, they can converse on coffee as well as life, it’s so interesting. It’s really Christmas-y. Thank you Chill Corner for creating such a space!"

"If you are looking for a quiet cafe with a peaceful environment and great slow jazz music, this is the place. Everything seems to slow down after you sit down and have that sip of great coffee. Its quaint decoration with elaborate wooden feel make for a really cozy, calming vibe. Absolutely love it! Highly recommended if you are looking to slow down amidst the fast pace of Saigon."

"As I was physically with Vườn Thảo Điền, I realized it was like a beautiful wave embracing my every senses. I removed my shoes, walking barefoot on the yard, then entered the inner space. I felt like being a little girl again, like I was in touch with something pristine. The scent of flowers, of leaves. The chimes. The trickling of water... We sang, we read poetry like we’d never done better. After the event, many people lingered to let us know how moved they were. They also asked how we found such a nice, intriguing place."
– Nhuoc Lac
"Phu Quoc within Saigon: I’ve heard that Thao Dien is home to beautiful cafes but only now do I have the chance to explore. Stepping into this place full of natural light, walking underneath the tree canopy, listening to the gentle music, I feel like being in a total different place. Not the usual Saigon. The light, the wind, the chimes at Vườn Thảo Điền all catch my attention amid such a quiet place. At Vườn Thảo Điền, you can experience specialty coffees from different continents, with distinctive aromas and tastes. Healthy tea drinks with local healthy ingredients are also unique to this space."
"After Hum, Chill Corner, and Spice Bistro, now there is Vườn Thảo Điền right next door. I got to know this space aftervisiting Spice Bistro for dinner this one time. The space and its design were so impressive – I couldn’t help being curious. Vườn Thảo Điền is not only for you to drink tea and snack on delicacies, it’s also a place for event, music nights, and other activities. It would be particularly suitable for those in love with cold drip coffee or healthy tea drinks. They also serve wine at night!"
"A small quiet cafe with a nice view, both exterior and interior. What’s unique though is the space upstairs where you can hold events of approximately 100 guests."
– Huyen Trang Chan
"The design is outstanding and beautiful. They mainly offer high quality coffee, made in a (simple) way that the original taste is best retained. You don’t find any additives, not even sugar to make the coffee sweeter. Apart from the coffee, their teas and snacks are also great. Highly recommend the croissants!"
